For Sale is a Croatian Army Version of the M65 Field Jacket, no label, but was size52 ... I would estimate a Large (i am 42 inch chest, id estimate this to be a 42-44) Please ask if you want exact measurements Issued and Used, but in Very Good condition, (see photos) The Jacket is very sturdy construction, has press stud pockets and heavy duty Zip with storm flap, There is also a concealed hood in the collar, and has a full cotton lining. The camouflage pattern is Croat woodland (similar to the US pattern but with more browns) Background (copied from elsewhere) The Croatian War of Independence was fought from 1991 to 1995. Initially, the war was waged between Croatian police forces and the Serbs living in the Socialist Republic of Croatia, who opposed its secession from Yugoslavia, and proclaimed an autonomous 'Republic of Serb Krajina'. Initially, Croatian soldiers wore American M82 camouflage uniforms patterned in U.S. woodland pattern camouflage. By 1995, however, the Croatian Army was well-equipped and most of its personnel wore locally produced camouflage uniforms, patterned in the four-colour camouflage pattern shown here.
